The third Festival of Colour is well and truly underway with packed houses and delighted audiences. The world premiere of Finders Keepers; the stunning new work by Raewyn Hill, played to a full house and mesmerized the audience with the emotional dynamics of a mother and child battling with a father's controlling obsession with a caged songbird. The dance was both mesmerizing and evocative, leaving a lasting impression.

'The work had massive emotional power' said festival director Philip Tremewan. There is one more opportunity to see Finders Keepers at the Clyde War Memorial Hall at 7pm on Thursday 30 April. Book now on (03) 443 4178 or at the Lake Wanaka Centre box office. |
Helen Medlyn played to a full house in the Infinity Crystal Palace with her 'one man' show Hell Man and wowed the audience with her versatility.

Down the road in Luggate, Ana and Fabio Robles rocked the hall with the NZ Army Band. The Tango dancers and Army Dance band had all the audience on their feet. You can catch them in Tarras tonight (29th) and Clyde on Friday.
