Spring is here and although Autumn seems a long way away the Festival office is getting busier as we plan the 2009 programme. We are planning some amazing performances and so now is the time to sign up to be a Patron, or volunteer to help out during the Festival.

Want to be a patron?

|
Being a Patron has many benefits, not least of which is priority booking on tickets, invitations to pre and post festival functions and the launch of the 2009 programme. The donation of $500 is full tax deductible, and can be made in one payment or 2 annual payments of $250. So if you want to support the 2009 Festival of Colour then email us now for more information Lindsey@festivalofcolour.co.nz

Call for Volunteers
The Festival relies on our volunteers to carry out a range of tasks from ticket sales to front of house management to 'meet and greet' of performers and artists. If you are based in Wanaka or any of our touring venues - Hawea, Luggate, Tarras, Bannockburn, Clyde, Arrowtown and Glenorchy, and have time to spare and want to be involved with the 2009 Festival of Colour then please get in touch. Either email Lindsey lindsey@festivalofcolour.co.nz or phone the Festival office 03 443 4172 with your name, address, phone number and email address. Your help is hugely appreciated and helps to make the Southern Lakes Festival of Colour the success that it is.
Annual General Meeting
If you want to find out more about the Festival of Colour then come along to the Southern Lakes Arts Festival Trust AGM being held on Tuesday 2nd September in the Faulks Room at the Lake Wanaka Centre at 12pm. Copies of the Annual Report will be available at this meeting or email your postal address if you would like one mailed to you.
Festival Merchandise
We still have supplies of special edition Festival wine and t-shirts in a variety of sizes so please check out the website http://festivalofcolour.co.nz for full information and how to purchase them.

Diary date the Festival launch on 12 February 2009 and the Festival itself runs from 28 April to 3 May 2009.
Be inspired … Be astounded … Be in Wanaka … Be there. |
